In need of a super organized virtual assistant to help keep our Master Content Plan updated and accurate. You must have proven experience in similar tasks.
The right candidate will be proficient in Google Webmaster Tools.
This includes:
Google Drive
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Gmail
Google Search Console
*Google Analytics is a plus
Content Marketing, Wordpress, and SEO experience preferred.
Knowledge of Yoast and Wordable is a plus (also knowing how to add wordpress plugins is a plus)
This position will be in charge of updating content tracking spreadsheets in a timely matter.
They will also be in charge of keeping track of content on a monthly basis, checking that it went live.
This role will take the SEO plans and add them to the Master Content Tracking Spreadsheet.
They will occasionally assist the Content Team with other tasks needed.
Must be extremely detail oriented, understanding of SEO and Content Marketing processes, able to interpret data and collect and organize data efficiently, and able to communicate daily via Slack.
