Marketing Assistant for Digital Marketing Company

We are a Canadian web marketing company that offers SEO, SEM, SMM and website development to North American clients. We currently employ 9 Filipinos and many have been with us 3+ years. We are looking to add another long-term employee to our team.

The candidate will work closely with the President and the hours will be 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time. The time is not negotiable.

You will be assisting with general admin tasks, coordinating tasks/projects with co-workers and clients by email, and phone (Skype).

You will have good communication skills (voice and writing) as you will be talking to and communicating by email with various clients.

We are looking for someone that can think on their feet, is driven and can work well with others.

Ideally, you will be familiar with digital marketing and autoresponders (Aweber/ Mail Chimp) . You must also be technically inclined as there is a variety of software and systems you would be required to learn.

You are looking for a long-term stable job.
