Job Summary

We are a E-commerce company seeking an Accounting Specialist with 2+ years of Accounting experience. We enjoy an excellent e-commerce presence in the general consumer marketplace, and we are continuously growing and expanding. We are looking for an individual with excellent Accounting and Excel knowledge that can support all Transactional Accounting functions for Accounts Payables, Payroll, Receivables, and Treasury Accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

Process and record all Accounts Payable & Receivable transactions.
Reconcile Bank Accounts & Credit cards.
File all accounting documents in a timely and organized manner.
Assist with any financial tasks that are assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of Bookkeeping and Accounting experience.
3+ years of A/P & A/R experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Cumulative Experience.
QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Strong Excel Knowledge and accounting principles.
