– A full website development process that includes discovery, design and development
– Ongoing monthly website maintenance to improve the website on a monthly basis
– Partnerships with other companies and resources to offer clients further online strategy
Monthly tasks include
– Manage monthly software updates of client websites (WordPress)
– Manage monthly support requests from clients (through support ticket center)
– Oversee website project workflow, schedule and communication with clients as well as development team
– Apply content updates/changes to client websites (WordPress)
– Upload new content to new website projects in WordPress
– Create monthly blog post, newsletter and social media postings (from provided content)
– Save images for website, social media, blog post and newsletter (Adobe Photoshop)
Skills:
– Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
– Highly detail-oriented habits and ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines
– Quick with
– Must be able to navigate WordPress, use basic plugins like Yoast SEO, know how to post articles on blogs, know about Categories, Tags, Settings.
– Building social profiles and directory listings for businesses.
Personal characteristics we require:
– Must be punctual
– Must be able to communicate problems and solutions effectively
– Must always have a great attitude and willing to learn
– Must be detail-oriented
Preferred knowledge of:
– WordPress
– Adobe Photoshop

Must haves:
– Stable internet connection of at least 1 MB/s and a backup plan
– Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noise
– Up-to-date computer with a minimum of Windows 7 or Mac OS X
– Perfectly working headset and webcam
