You must have minimum 1 year experience with an Australian company.

I have had issues in the past with VA's working for multuple clients at once. It will not work with this role. This is a dedicated position. Monday / Friday - 9 - 5.Upgrade to see actual info You must be on skype at all times.

Duties will include:

Taking incoming calls
Anwsering emails daily
Making phone calls from leads
Using Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Word and Excel Daily.
Managing and creating social media profiles
Managing and creating business directory listings
Wordpress updates
Web research
Task Management
Attention To Detail (Meanng you must follow the application instructions in the 1st line)

Requirements **

Strong verbal and written English
Have used Wordpress and can update plugins and do fresh installs
Customer Service and sales experience
