Remote Technical Recruiter

We are an expert network with hundreds of clients (VC firms, PE firms, management consultancies, market research firms, others) and over 100,000 experts on our platform spanning all industry sectors. We are seeking to hire a full-time technical recruiter with the following qualifications:

1. Telephone Sales Experience. (Someone with 5+ years of English call center experience who is now looking for remote work). Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool is a plus.

2. Technical Recruiting Experience. We are looking for someone with track record of success with technical recruiting (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc.) highly technical professionals (engineers, scientists, etc.). I would like to see examples of your success in sourcing/hiring the right person.

3. Fluent written and spoken English. 

4. Very detail oriented. Will be working with highly educated clients and industry experts and needs to be able to set up meetings across numerous time-zones and schedule changes without making any mistakes.

5. Experience and Able to work U.S. based hours 9AM-6PM EST M-F. We expect you to have fast, reliable internet each day.

This position will be be starting at 208 PHP per hour for 40-50 hours a week. We will also be implementing a commission plan on top of your hourly pay if you are successful.
