Seeking Part Time Recruiting / Human Resources for Ecommerce Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a rapidly growing ecommerce company in search of a long-term employee who can grow with our company. This will be a part-time 20 hour / week position with overtime available as well. For the right candidate, we will move this into a full-time role within the next few months. We are looking for someone with experience in recruiting, preferably Amazon / ecommerce recruiting.

This role is tasked with leading our recruiting efforts and screening our first round candidates. This person must be a VERY motivated self-starter who takes the initiative to learn on the job and takes pride in the work that they do.

This person must be organized, timely, and capable of working efficiently and honestly. The person we're looking for is someone who is a good judge of character and can hire for many different types of roles. This person must be able to handle everything related to recruiting and human resources, even helping implement an applicant tracking system.

The individual will handle and require the following:

- Ability to discern skills and intelligence in roles we've never hired for
- Excellent grasp of the English language (spoken and written)
- Setup our applicant tracking system and organize and rate candidates
- Handle the first round phone screenings of our candidates
- Quick to learn on the job and identify ways to improve processes
- Lead an outbound recruiting strategy to find the best possible candidates
- Incredibly organized and familiar with google tools (sheets, calendar, gmail, etc)
- Communicative with regards to project progress, etc (regular updates, asking questions, etc)
