Ecommerce: Convert Wordpress to Hardcoded PHP

Hi there,

I need someone who has an experience on converting wordpress ecommerce to hardcoded PHP. I have my online store Upgrade to see actual info. Also, I want lots of products display on my home page, then once new products being uploaded the system labeled it them as "New Arrival", if the products are high sellable the system labeled it as "Hot Sale". If you this experience with minimal fee then you are the ones I am looking for.
