JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an operations associate to join our Amazon team. We are a small start-up online business looking to add talent to our team that will help grow the business to the next level. We want an individual who is motivated to grow with the company and invests his- or herself in the success of the company.

This is a key position with room for growth and advancement. We are seeking a strategist who will bring their own creative thinking and high level executing to the business, someone who will be telling us what we should be doing rather than the other way around.

Experience with eCommerce/Amazon marketplace and/or Operations is a big plus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Upload, maintain, and revise listings to increase product rankings and improve buyer experience
-Compare past and current sales trends to determine growth forecast and achieve targets
-Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand
-Conduct ongoing research to evaluate performance, trends, keyword optimization
-Work collaboratively with team to define new strategies and identify growth opportunities
-Identify and develop new and existing internet opportunities and initiatives
-Assist with the organization of new product launches
-Analyze and report progress against campaign goals
-Cost analytics, control and listing performance improvement
-Create marketing plan and implement it with corporate social media and email marketing team
-Driving traffic and improve organic ranking, ads ranking and conversion
-Analyze sales and expand product line to continue the current success in the category and industry
-Other business related duties as necessary

Requirements & Qualifications:

-Strong attention to detail
-Strong communication skills
-Fast and efficient self-learner
-Must be proactive (REQUIRED) – must have a passion for growing the business and keeping ahead of the competition
-Accelerated keyboard operation speed
-Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to multitask.
-Good attitude for problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidance
-Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fast-changing environment
-Ability to handle failure and setbacks and come back stronger
-Ability to manage a variety of tasks and move seamlessly between different topics

Strongly Recommended:

-Extensive knowledge of Amazon Marketplace, Marketing Services and Fulfillment by Amazon (2 or more years of experience with Amazon Seller Central)
-Operations experience

This position may start as part-time with high potential to become full-time soon. Salary is open to negotiation depending on experience.

This position will allow you to work remotely (from home).
