We are looking for 2 Customer Support Associates with 3+ years experience in Handling customer, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Schedule
VA 1: Tue-Sat 8 AM- 12 PM ( 5 days 4hrs/day )
VA 2: Sun-Mon 11 AM - 9 PM ( 2 days 10hrs/day)

Details of the Responsibilities and Tasks


Will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.


Filtering and Sorting tickets in Zendesk and Gmail


Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting answers to questions

Recording data for new affiliates/partners in a spreadsheet for approval


Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies



The successful candidate will have:


Experience with Zendesk and Gmail
Experience in using JIRA
Experience in using Asana or any project management tool
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Being able to write professional emails to colleagues and clients
Ability to understand which issues should be forwarded on to higher level support for resolution.
