MANAGER for Ebay dropship expert - Lister, Customer Service and more, Amazon experience preferred also

We are looking for a MANAGER who have been in the drop shipping business with experience! The candidate have to have the ability to manage and hire new VAs. We are looking to bring another 5 VAs on board where you will be able to over look and manage. Also will have to complete the drop shipping tasks and also eBay expert for our eBay stores. We will expand from Walmart to ebay soon so it would be good if you also have that experience in that field.

1. Must be RELIABLE - we have hired and fired before so please don't waste our time and yours. We expect you to be very reliable and trustworthy. There will never be any payments upfront or to borrow money for any situation (yes we heard them all and every excuse like death in the family).

2. Must have eBay drop shipping or at least eBay experience. This job will require full knowledge of eBay drop shipping model. (customer service, checking on orders/tracking, handling returns, eBay listings, title optimization, eBay marketing, using third party software to help with new item search such as zik analytics, chili hunter, sale freaks, profit scraper, skugrid, and others - please let us know what you have knowledge in and what you have done before.

3. This is full time position and will grow into MANAGER role as we bring new VA's on board we would want this person to teach them, manage them, and have other VA's will report to you in about 6 months if you prove yourself to be hard working, honest, reliable, good at your job, and good teacher. As position grows into manager role and your reports increase - you will also get salary increase depending on how many VA's you manage.
