JOB OVERVIEW

Hey!

My name is Adam. My wife Nellie and I started N&A as a brand development company specializing in delivering high quality and high value products across our multiple business lines and product categories. Our brands span multiple markets, including Sport & Outdoors, Industrial, Education, Health/Medical/Therapeutic, and Home, Kitchen, and Garden products. We sell on Amazon around the world.

To help bring order into this chaos we are looking to hire someone to help us by handling all of our bookeeping, reporting, sales reporting, financial models, projections, and other tasks.

What you'll be doing will be extremely important for us...

Why?

Because you'll be helping us organize our finances in conjunction with our accounting team to execute on our current businesses so the leadership team (CEO and Partner) can take myself out of the cash flow management and focus on strategy to expand.

Currently this is the bottleneck in the business!

If selected for the role, you going to help me tremendously and you will be a key player in our company achieving a huge milestone in 2018.

The Bookkeeper role at our company is an opportunity to use your financial insight, attention to detail, and numbers genius. The right candidate will enjoy helping us manage to hit big goals, thrive in a fast moving environment, and will be responsible for important parts of our business.

It goes without saying that a successful applicant will be an outstanding organizer and have experience with ecommerce and specifically Amazon. This is important and a REQUIREMENT! The right person for this role will be able to provide management as well as hands on execution for our brands.

Our team is dedicated and driven. This is an awesome position in a high growth and fun environment. Therefore the requirements are HIGH AND YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR AN E-COMMERCE PRODUCTS COMPANY (AMAZON & SHOPIFY, UNDERSTANDING SOURCING & SELLING ON AMAZON).

The right candidate will be in charge of:
Making payments to suppliers, vendors, and employees
Managing and reporting on cash flow daily
Keeping track of open invoices, payments due, invoices past due, and in general manage our funds so that we stay cash flow positive
Sales analytics and cash flow suggestions and projects based on this information - you will need to be comfortable with numbers, projections, excel reporting, and presenting this information in a concise and organized manner to Sr. Management along with the Demand Planner

Experience -
Experience working with Amazon sellers and the unique challenges around e-commerce money management
Experience with QuickBooks
Experience with sales analytics - we need you to be able to digest product sales data and conduct sales projections, analyse profit per unit, gross Margin, etc. We have a software that will provide this, but we need someone who can really look at the data and give us actionable suggestions based on the data
