Full Time VA - affiliate marketing

Hi,
I am looking for an assistant as basically I do a lot of affiliate marketing - sales funnels squeeze pages - product creation and sales. Looking for someone to develop sites and drive traffic with my methods
I also do a lot of Listbuilding and sell solo ads as well as ezine marketing and solo ad marketing

Do you have any experience creating squeeze pages and sales funnels? Autoresponders? I use optimizepress for squeeze pages on wordpress and Thesis for sites reqiuring SEO

When we set up any squeeze page we add a tracking software. Then we split test the banners/headline and offer to see which ones convert the best. We then use this best converting ad in ezines and solo ads marketing to tens of thousands of people. Its just important to get it all set up right before we spend $1000's on a big advertising campaign. I dont do a lot of SEO or linkbuilding as we drive all our own traffic thru paid campaigns.

Being able to write quality copy/content is a must.
