User Interface designer needed for this website (OnlineJobs.ph)

We're looking to redesign OnlineJobs.ph.
The most important thing we're looking to do is improve the user experience. Making the site look nice/modern is good, but not as important as thinking through the user experience.

Most designers do "at a glance" designs. Their stuff looks good when you glance at it. Using it is a different experience.

If you're a good designer, and are good at thinking through the way someone interacts with a design, we want to hear from you.

This is a long-term position.
You'll be working with me (John), the owner of OnlineJobs.ph on a daily basis.
Your work will be seen by millions of people and will affect their lives.
