JOB OVERVIEW

Periop Partners is looking for a self-starting, motivated and intellectually curious person to join us.

The role is for 10 hours a week and would suit a very experienced cold caller sales person who is looking to top up their income, and build on their experience in healthcare and real estate.

This crucial team member will help us provide sales support to our prospects and clients in Australia, during business hours (GMT +10, 0800H - 1800H).

We operate in a flexible working environment, with a self-responsibility (aka goal-oriented or project-oriented) system. The right candidate will receive support in their own education ongoing and opportunities for advancement.

We have Corporate Values, and part of this is "Respect for Time & Delivery counts": you are required to respond within 24hrs and attend two weekly meetings. Your time is otherwise your own.


2. Your RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales position:
• Generate Cold calling script
• Conduct cold calling
• Update leads in Hubspot
• Generate feedback and inform the marketing team for effective marketing and increased impact of campaign - words and phrases, responses from prospects
• Provide an excellent customer experience through attention to detail

We're looking for
• A university-educated team member
o Favourable education: nursing, arts, history or language, medicine, science
o Prior demonstrated project group-work experience
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Prior cold calling experience experience
• Prior VA or work-from-home experience
• Experience in graphics and design jobs and/or demonstrated graphic design skills
• Hospitality, Real Estate or Healthcare training, regarded favourably
• The ability to identify problems, and drafts possible solutions, whilst being resourceful and confident enough to raise them with the team and/or eventually fix the problems themselves
• Strong written English skills - attention to spelling and grammar in English is a must

3. KEY ACTIVITIES AND OUTCOMES

Cold calling

40 - 60 calls with existing prospects and clients / week
Follow up phone calls with clients fortnightly
Align with client and company campaigns
Adjust accordingly to success
Large scope for the right person who hits targets to increase time in the company.

Leads Management

Maintain and calls through Hubspot database to check on quality of leads and current status
Understands and communicates the breadth of our portfolio to the client:

Campaign Contribution

Suggests other ways to reach the customer, bringing learnt experience in campaigns
Suggests effective terms and benefits from cold calling

Modification / corrections / updates and feedback on materials required

4. COMPETENCIES / KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualification and Experience (including qualifications).
? Experience with CRM (Hubspot), Canva favourable but not essential
? Experience executing a funnel
? Channel management

? Intermediate level
? Need possess the following skills: marketing, customer service, oral and written communication, interpersonal, time management.
? Touch typing (50 wpm)
? Fluent in English, written and spoken
