Website Developer and Designer

I am looking for someone who can build me website with similar functions to Upgrade to see actual info. Regarding the design, you may suggest what design would be a possible for me. I do not matter on the design as long as the function is absolutely followed. For logo design, please make it as well. I will give you the functions descriptions and photos once you started working.
