JOB OVERVIEW

A company based in Europe is looking for a the best VA with:
• very good writing skills
• Keywords and SEO
• able to manage (and create, if needed) Wordpress site and do blog posts
• perform social media marketing for both the company and for the clients
• deal with customers (over the email mostly)

Your working hours will be 7 AM – 4 PM British Standard Time (with one hour lunch break) for first 2 months, later – we will agree on the convenient schedule for job to be done.
We are flexible – if you need time for personal things and some days you can adjust your time as you need…

• Excellent written & Spoken English
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work FAST and EFFICIENT and RESPONSIBLY!!!
• Excellent creative writing skills, ability to quickly write short blog posts
• Preparing documents, manuals for the business
• Ability to prepare short promotional posts for Facebook and Twitter
• Good VA abilities – nice, friendly, polite, dedicated, thoughtful, honest, loyal and reliable, able to predict what is needed for the business and proactively suggest it
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn
• Good knowledge of Wordpress, plugins and blog posting
• Good at research and database creation
• SEO, keyword research, SEO optimized content writing
• Honesty, loyalty and reliability – essential

It’s great if you are INITIATIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC, have previously worked in similar field and want to WORK WITH US FOREVER!!!

Your main everyday tasks would be:
Writing – blog posts and articles
Content Writing – blog and websites content for clients
Customer service – email and sometimes phone
Management and maintenance of company and clients websites, online stores and blogs, Social Media accounts
Products upload onto the website (ecommerce sites)
Research
…other tasks as required.

We plan to pay 10.000 PHP for first 2 months, but we can negotiate based on your skills and abilities.
We pay performance related bonuses and will appreciate the work well done!
Salary paid every 2 weeks for first 2 months and that is a probation period.
