Full Time Virtual Assistant for SEO work

I am looking to hire a full time virtual assistant to work long term. Would like to start working ASAP, have 1-2 weeks of training full time so that you could be working independently after the first 2 weeks.

- Main job is working on completing client orders for off-page SEO. Orders vary in size and have to be taken from / added to our order management system.

- First and foremost, these orders have to be completed on time. Most will need initial setup, watching the process as it goes, and completing in 3-4 weeks.

Some of the tasks include:

- Submitting Press Releases to sites – some manually.
- SenukeX: running campaigns with the pre-made templates.
- Preparing articles on the given software, for submitting with SenukeX.
- Scrapebox: posting trackbacks and comments.
- Keeping track of all the URLs and submitting them to order management system.
- Social Media marketing: create and manage social campaigns with the tools and resources provided.

Ability to write SEO content would be a great advantage.

The scope of the work might be slightly changed as the time goes (as some things become not needed, and some new ones are in demand, etc.), you would be trained for what and how to do if there are any changes.

Most of the tasks will be done with the help of software and tools, just some of them will need to be done manually.

Requirements:

- Proficient in English language and available on a messenger and email 8 hours per day.
- Attention to detail
- Computer savvy
- Experience with SenukeX or SenukeXCr
- Fast working, honest, reliable, hard working person
- Great communication skills
