Excellent Operation Manager wanted for Amazon FBA Private Label - Ben Cummings Fast Track

Looking for a royal & trustworthy Operation Manager who can work for a long-term for the fast growing Amazon FBA private label company. We need a committed VA who is ABSOLUTELY reliable and royal, and willing to assist and grow what we do. This is a Operation Manager position for Amazon FBA & e-Commerce. IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Experienced in implementing Ben Cummings SOPs.
• bBuilding a team and working with a specialists.
• Experienced in building/managing a team for Amazon Business and eCommerce.


SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Amazon Seller Central experience is a MUST, min. 3 year experience.
• Experience with Amazon Listing and Amazon PPC campaigns .
• Inventory Management with min. 2 years experience.
• Supplier Management with min. 2 years experience.
• Experience in product research and sourcing with min. 2 years experience is a plus
• Can work with Graveyard Shift or to work 2 hrs within PST time (9am - 4pm PST)
• Must be detail oriented and can follow protocols/procedures.
• Result driven and massive action taker.
• Must be a fast learner.


WAGES:
We can hire you either Part-time or Full-time
• $4.0-5.5/hr (Part -time), depending on your experience
• $Upgrade to see actual info/mth (Full-time), depending on your experience
• 90 DAYS probationary period applies.
• Paid on a bi-monthly
• Performance based bi-annual spot bonus.
• 13 months wage will be paid (Prorated amount).

TASKS:
• Day to day operation for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and WIx. (85% for Amazon)
• Manage, run, and grow the business thru Amazon, eBay, Walmart. and Wix
• Implement various marketing tactics.
• Assist building systems with SOPs with video and/or Evernote
• Collaborate with team and various Specialists
• Manage Various Promotions & Campaigns
• Supervise/help Purchasing and Logistic manager
• Communicate and manage forwarders & suppliers
• Supervise/help Inventory Management Manager
• Assist product development and product sourcing
• Assist Many Ad-hoc projects
