Web Developer and Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are building a team and now looking for a Website Designer/Developer and Social Media Marketing Specialist. Your duties will involve - but not be limited to a Full time position for Web Developer and Social Media Marketing for a New York City based IT company. Responsibilities will be Web Design and Management, Social Media Campaigns, email Campaigns, SEO and lead generation.

- You will work closely with a creative team to deliver daily reporting on account performance.
- You will immerse yourself in account analytics, using Facebook/Instagram and multiple social media platforms to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set, and ad performance.
- Overlook all data and analyze it precisely to find appropriate conclusions. Must be vigilant and like challenging problems.
- Must be able to identify trends and patterns in the data, and strategically implements optimization methods to maximize ROI (Return On Investment)
- Translate complex analytical work into plain English and makes recommendations for client representatives and account Upgrade to see actual infosentially, turns data into information, information into insight, and insight into judicious business recommendations.

Requirements:
- Must have experience of Social Media Marketing and have Website Design, Development and Management experience.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Must be organized
- Extensive experience in collaborative/team work
- Excellent ability to do complex thinking and creative problem solving
- Willing to work on developing better skills

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST
