We are on a mission to help improve access to high-quality, affordable child care and we are seeking an amazing customer support and inside sales professional to join our team!

Job Description
============
You will be the face and voice of the company and you will help families find a daycare or preschool that matches their needs. This is a mix of an advisor role with inside sales. You must have a desire to close, but also be caring and compassionate with a real desire to help parents through stressful times. You must also have a high degree of Empathetic Intelligence. This is crucial to be successful in this role (if you are unsure what Empathetic Intelligence is, read this VERY useful info: Upgrade to see actual info)

Much of your time will be spent on the phone (and email) so you must be a fluent English speaker. You must be able to commit to a full-time position, working from home on EST hours. You must be entrepreneurial and thrive in a fast-paced role over the phone (headset, multi-tasking by speaking on the phone and entering data into our CRM.)

What You will Be Doing
=================
• Perform 50+ calls/day + emails/SMS (no cold calling, all calls/emails are to people who used our site)
• Take a consultative approach to understand parent needs and refer adequate daycares
• Accurately maintain records in our CRM to ensure up-to-date customer information and status
• Manage leads in our CRM: guide/advise parents with frequent follow up (phone, email, SMS)
• Communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service, and manage long-term high-value relationships

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker (not required but a BIG plus: you are also fluent in Spanish)
• 2-10+ years of experience with inside sales / customer support
• Outstanding written & phone communication skills, and fast typing skills
• Owner mentality: you are self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• Be tenacious, high-energy, positive and able to overcome objections
• Be EXTREMELY attentive to details with consistent error-free execution
• Be entrepreneurial and comfortable with change. You offer feedback and ideas for improvement
• Home office: high speed internet + back-up internet + privacy (office or room with no background noise)

Compensation / Benefits

• 13th month & possibility of HMO with tenure
• Vacation / PTO with perfect attendance + attendance bonus
• Flexible work-from-home setting (no more commute!) + flexible team policies for time-off, family emergencies, etc.
• Team gatherings/events (e.g. buffet dinners) + occasional team retreat in a nice villa!
• Competitive base + UNCAPPED commission (total 50,000 to 125,000 including a base of 25k-30k + uncapped commission of 25k-100k). Commission varies a lot based on performance, but our top performers have earned up to 125k, we will be happy to introduce you to confirm.

We are a small team with a big mission to help improve access to safe, affordable, quality child care and early education. Please note that to earn a high commission, you will have to work hard. We are looking for long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and if you consistently contribute to the team & company, you will have room for growth. However, we have high expectations of ourselves and of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. To succeed in this role, you will need perseverance, grit and exceptional communication skills.
