Customer Care Rep with Perfect English writing skills - Long-term (hourly job)

We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant, who will help us with the following daily tasks (please, read carefully every requirement below as these are imperative for the job and if you're the slightest not sure if you can handle any of these, please do not apply):

-Reply to messages (and emails) of current and potential clients of ours.
-Assign content writing and editing tasks to a team of writers and editors through a project/task management platform.
-Apply for jobs on several online platforms for a service of ours based on templates plus the addition of customized and personalized notes, created by you (so you must be an excellent and versatile writer).
-You will have to report your activities each day and your logged time (with the help of a time tracking app) will be monitored strictly.

Requirements:
-Attention to detail is the most important quality here. We will evaluate your attention to detail on many levels.
-Impeccable written and spoken English. Must have complete command of the language on a native level, including a breadth of vocabulary, idioms, and colloquialisms. Must be an excellent writer.
-Stable Internet access is an absolute must.
-Quiet working place.

-Working days: Monday to Friday.
-Working hours: between 1 to 4 hours per workday. We will start working with the successful candidate for 1-2 hours per workday and gradually increase it to 4 hours (or more, depending on your availability and our needs).
-Working time zone: PHT (Manila time).
-Working time interval (for the starting 2 hours after you finish the training): 3:30 PM PHT to 5:30 PM PHT.
- The training hours will be slightly different: Mon-Thu - between 4:00-6:00 PM, and for Friday - between 2:00-4:00 PM Manila time

-Ready and willing to learn and grow.
-Previous experience as a customer service representative is a plus but not a must. More important are your writing skills.
-This is a long-term (permanent) opportunity. Please do not apply if you are not going for the long run.
-The starting salary is $5.00 USD per Upgrade to see actual info will grow with time and the level of trust we have in you and your performance.

You will be trained in any activity you will have to perform. During the 1.5-month training you will be paid a bit less than the job rate, i.e. for the duration of the training, we will pay $4.00 USD per hour. During the training, you will be evaluated on a daily basis and at the end of the training you will be given a series of real-life scenarios as a test of your skills, abilities and knowledge gained during the training. If all the feedback for your work during the first month and a half + the evaluation tests at the end are positive and you pass the tests, then you will become a part of our team
When you get approved to become a part of the team, we will pay $5.00 USD per hour as mentioned above. Payment is done through PayPal (PayPal fees are accommodated on your end).
