TITLE OF IMPACT: Bookkeeper / CPA Liaison

COMPANY PURPOSE: We help 1st generation entrepreneurs in the high-growth phase get to the next level of their business so they can impact their communities.

BOOKKEEPER & CPA/ATTORNEY LIAISON
As our team member you are responsible for the day to day finances of our business. You are confident in your abilities and happily discuss financial reports. You are responsible to ensure The Kinetic Experience maintains and exceeds compliance in our financial records.

You will contribute to the success of our team by:
* Working with our CPA to develop our financial system and chart of accounts
* Maintain account ledgers by verifying, posting, categorizing, and reconciling transactions
* Maintain historical records of filed documents
* Prepare and submit financial reports
* Define bookkeeping policies and procedures
* Create, file, and pay expense reports
* Work with our tax attorney to ensure compliance with all applicable laws

DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
* Understanding and compliance with standard accounting rules
* Quickbooks Online
* Expensify (or similar expense reporting software)
* Google Docs and Excel

TIME ZONE
We are looking for team members that can work during Dallas, Texas, USA based time.

Good Communications - You clearly communicate goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and providing and receiving feedback. There is a great deal of value placed on openness and directness.
