JOB OVERVIEW

Good morning,

Thank you for your interest in this job posting. I am looking to hire personnel assistant to join my team. I run E-commerce business that is growing larger every day. As a result, we now receive a lot of customer emails. We need someone to manage this part of the business. And also help to manage my business adding new products, Fulfilling orders and others duties

Ideally, you will have previous experience in Customer Service and. You should be organized, reliable and good at communicating with others.
Your English skills must be perfect.

There may be the opportunity to further increase the hours to full-time or near full-time in the future if desired because I am looking for someone I can work with permanently.

The Job Role:
- Customer Service
- Uploading product to the website (Basic knowledge of Photoshop or any photo editing software that would be a + )
- Writing outstanding products descriptions with specific bullet point
- Fulfilling orders
- Others duties

As this is my first ever outsourced hire, please appreciate that there will likely be a few bumps and hiccups along the way. However, through working together and communicating with each other a lot for the first few weeks, we will be able to streamline the Customer Service process and grow the business. If you have ideas that you feel would improve your workflow, you are welcome to tell me and I will do my best to implement.
