JOB OVERVIEW

Client is a senior finance executive at a global investment banking firm who is launching a start-up company. Currently searching to hire a superstar VA, with impeccable integrity, and highly committed. Job Description:

RESEARCH
• Keeping track of industry developments and news
• Researching online and proprietary sources for data, statistics and facts for meetings, presentations or reports
• Interviewing industry sources to write in-depth industry reports or case studies
• Benchmark competition

CONTENT WRITING
• Turning raw data into detailed reports and slideshow
• Producing content- and graphics-rich research and marketing material, such as articles, brochures, infographics, newsletter, blog post, white papers, and proposals
• Composing or transcribing documents from handwritten drafts, dictations, meeting recordings, and video- or audio-casts

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATION
• Develop social media strategies for professional / networking platforms, such as Linked-in, Tweeter, or blogging
• Executed those strategies using proven approaches in a methodical and consistent manner

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Build and maintain contacts database
• Searching for and contacting potential clients and industry experts
• Interface with current and potential customers via email and phone
• Creating and sending out newsletters, invitations, greeting cards, and thank you notes

SCHEDULING
• Establishing, updating and managing a calendar of important events.
• Scheduling appointments with clients, businesses and salespeople
• Coordinate meeting / event logistics
• Manage national and multinational travel schedule

OTHER
• Recruiting potential contractors or freelancers for more specialized projects
• Develop and execute solutions to daily coordination impediments that arise
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to the role

Skill Set:

• Must have impeccable integrity and be result-driven, motivated, organized, mindful, attentive to detail, reliable, punctual, creative thinker, savvy, with a great attitude and good humored - and apparently be patient to deal with long lists your employer may write :-)
• University educated with excellent academic track record
• Fluent in English, with an outstanding writing ability; Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement
• Skilled in presentation / graphics editing and data entry / analysis
