Financial planning business in Australia requires home-based Admin. Assistant to assist with all administration, client management and back-office planning preparation.
The successful applicant will be working directly for the owner/financial planner and duties will involve, but not limited to:
- Maintaining client database using financial planning CRM (Midwinter)
- Sending authority for information forms and ringing institution to obtain information
- Assisting in preparing all necessary paperwork / files
- Transcribing voice recorded file notes into CRM
- Obtaining data and completing client fee statements
- Assisting with file preparation and client data for ongoing service meetings
- Preparing insurance quotations and comparing with clients' existing policies
- Comparing clients' existing super funds against proposed funds using planning software
- Maintaining and lodging posts to social network platforms

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following:

MANDATORY ONLINE JOBS TESTS (Must be listed on your profile)
- English Test result of C1 or C2 (Advanced)
- DISC Test results (Personality profile)

JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Computer literate inc. Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel / Word)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience as financial planning assistant highly regarded
- Experience with Midwinter financial planning CRM highly regarded

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast internet connection capable of Skype video calls;
- Home based office/desk in private area away from noise and distraction;
- Reliable computer with Upgrade to see actual info and headset suitable for skype calls
