Website developer needed! Part Time! (Experience required!)

I'm looking for an experienced website developer who can help set up a continuing education site. Specifically setting up membership plugin, (Wishlist member or optimize press), adding additional information other than name and email. We need license number, type of license and State.

The person should have experience with FTP, since the website has to report Continuing Education Credits to a State Board main website.

We have been provided with an account at the State Board main site and it's imperative that our website communicates with theirs through FTP.
