Quickbooks Bookkeeper/Accountant

I require an experienced Quickbooks bookkeeper/account with at least 5 years experience for an existing e-Commence business.

You must have an in-depth knowledge of Quickbooks and app integration. Knowledge of Upgrade to see actual info, is essential with inventory reconciliation and business report experience. You must also have knowledge of PayPal and Stripe payment gateway integration and conduct banking account reconciliation.

I have current QB up to date end of FY 2017. I require the configuration and integration of app gateway systems for ongoing 2018 as described. If you have experience setting up these integrations for QB account with specific e-Commence experience please forward application.

The role will be ongoing with fortnightly data entry and checking account and up-keeping and you will need to prepare managerial reports and budgets useful for the decision making processes of the company monthly.
