Real Estate Wholesale Transaction Coordinator and underwriter

We are a local Real Estate Wholesale company here in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas Market looking to bring on a transaction coordinator to help manage all of the transactions that we have going on.

Duties will entail:
Answering emails from title in the timely manner
Forwarding information to company owner, underwriters and agents regarding closings to ensure they are going through properly and on time.
Scheduling property scopes with owners
Drafting amendments, offer contracts etc.
Sending option checks through virtual terminal.
Underwriting/evaluating property leads and providing a CMA from Matrix MLS
