Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• A background, or experience in banking / finance / merchant services is a bonus, but not required
• Background in sales or BPO experience is a big plus but not required
• Little to no accent
• Will be communicating with US based clients
• Strong desire to learn. We will train you to become better at your job!!!
• Handles rejected calls well & is not discouraged
• Stable Internet for Internet phone calling / VoiP
• Leads will be provided
• Callers will follow prepared script / call flow
• Training will be provided
