Seeking Full Time Product Development Research / Analyst for Ecommerce Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a rapidly growing ecommerce company in search of a long-term employee who can grow with our company. This will be a full-time 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member who can think creatively, compile data in excel, and conduct in-depth research.

This role is tasked with researching product ideas on various marketplace and propose new products to add to our growing portfolio of physical goods that we sell online. This person must be a VERY motivated self-starter who takes the initiative to learn on the job and takes pride in the work that they do.

This person must be organized, timely, and capable of working efficiently and honestly. The person we're looking for is someone who is quick and rarely misses attention to detail. This person must be able to come up with product ideas using data collected and gathered, and be strategic in the decisions that they make.

The individual will handle and require the following:

- Ability to think strategically and come up with product ideas
- Excellent grasp of the English language
- Pull data from various sources to make quick analysis
- Quick to learn on the job and identify ways to improve processes
- Detail-oriented when it comes to pulling numbers, data, and reports
- Incredibly organized and familiar with google tools (sheets, calendar, gmail, etc)
- Communicative with regards to project progress, etc (regular updates, asking questions, etc)
- Ideally understands Keyword research on Amazon
- Amazon / Ecommerce experience a plus
- Enjoys learning about new products in various categories
