Job Overview

We are currently searching for Telemarketers to join our team! We are looking for individuals who speak perfect English, are outgoing, driven, and have a ‘hunter’ personality. This position involves building relationships on the phone, qualifying prospects, and scheduling lead appointments for our Sales Managers. No closing necessary! Use your conversational personality to quickly build rapport on the phone, set the appointment, and let our closers do the rest! Training will be provided. This full-time position includes a base salary, plus commission.

Job Duties:
-Call prospective customers by telephone, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
-Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to speak to a next level sales executive.
-Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for prospects to attend sales presentations.
-Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
-Cold call & direct email lead generation activities.
-Obtain customer information such as name, address, and decision maker, and enter account into CRM.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Basic understanding of Information Technology. What are the basic meanings of the below:
oVirtual Desktop
oBackup/Disaster Recovery (DR)
oFirewall/IT Security
-Must have sales experience
-Experience in cold calling
-Effective follow-up skills
-Experience dealing with “C” level management
-Be Persistence
-Motivation for sales
-Handles rejection
-Product Knowledge

Compensation: Base salary, commission
