Periop Partners is looking for a self-starting, motivated and intellectually curious person to join us.

The role is for 10 - 15 hours a week and would suit a very experienced graphic designer who is looking to top up their income, and build on their experience in healthcare and real estate.

This crucial team member will help us provide marketing support to our clients.

We operate in a flexible working environment, with a self-responsibility (aka goal-oriented or project-oriented) system. The right candidate will receive assistance in their own education ongoing and opportunities for advancement.

We have Corporate Values, and part of this is "Respect for Time & Delivery counts": you are required to respond within 24hrs and attend two weekly meetings. Your time is otherwise your own.


2. Your RESPONSIBILITIES

* Graphic design & visual communications for the company
* Provide clear communication of the business’s message and agenda to the market
* Support the Sales and Marketing team in visual communications
* Provide an excellent customer experience through attention to detail

We're looking for
• A university-educated team member
o Favourable education: nursing, arts, history or language, medicine, science
o Prior demonstrated project group-work experience
• Prior VA or work-from-home experience
• Experience in graphics and design jobs and/or demonstrated graphic design skills
• Hospitality or Healthcare training, regarded favourably
• The ability to identify problems, and drafts possible solutions, whilst being resourceful and confident enough to raise them with the team and/or eventually fix the problems themselves
• Strong written English skills - attention to spelling and grammar in English is a must

3. KEY ACTIVITIES AND OUTCOMES

? Develop content for Social Media
? Establish content and system for development
? Content for Lead generation system for our customers
? Healthcare business owners
? Corporate healthcare
? Properties: LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram
? Check that content (visual and written) is in line with brand message and campaign intent
? Our company uses Canva

? Maintain consistent and high quality Brand profile – oversee the coordinators and/or complete or conduct
? Graphic images, including mixed genders and multiracial profile
? Colours
? Logo
? Website redesign and content

? Campaign Contribution
? Creation of documents to support campaigns, including:
? Leaflets, Brochures and letters for mailouts and electronic distribution
? Website and landing pages
? Email campaigns, newsletters
? Suggests other ways to reach the customer, bringing learnt experience in campaigns
? Management advertisements onto the Upgrade to see actual info platform
? Posting
? Modification / corrections / updates
? Creation of Hubspot pages (not assumed knowledge – on the job training)

? Reports
? End of Day Report: what tasks you have done in the day – send to Glenda and Grace
? Complete weekly report as required.
? Complete other reporting activities as required.
? Attend two meetings per week

4. COMPETENCIES / KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualification and Experience (including qualifications).
? Experience with CRM (Hubspot), Canva favourable but not essential
? Experience executing a funnel
? Experience with Brand creation
? Channel management
? Social media management

Skills
? Intermediate level
? Need possess the following skills: marketing, customer service, oral and written communication, interpersonal, time management.
? Touch typing (50 wpm)
