JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I’m looking for an exceptional freelance Virtual Assistant to develop an ongoing working relationship to help complete personal and business tasks on a weekly contractual basis.

I estimate I’ll need 30+ hours per week support with cloud-based software tasks such as reading & responding to email, research & writing blog posts, updating social media, scheduling, travel research/booking, data entry, call taking and bookkeeping, etc. We are a UK-based real estate company and use tools such as:

~ Google G-Suite
~ Asana
~ MySms
~ Facebook Messenger
~ Pocketsmith
~ Zendesk
~ TimeDoctor

You will need to be a proficient, self-motivated, quick-learning team-player with excellent writing skills. Apply with your resume, rates, recommendations, up to 5 samples of your work and best contact information.

You will have had experience working for areal estate company, particularly in dealing with rental properties, and serviced accommodation (AirBnB).

You have to assure me you have a reliable broadband facility and never ask me for disaster releif money!
