Key Result Areas
Production of timely management and financial information for the group businesses.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost and cashflow efficiencies across group companies.
Work towards quarterly performance targets to help company achieve corporate objectives
Daily Tasks
Processing of previous days bank transactions and ensuring that digital or hard copies are available.
Processing of previous days sales and direct cost transactions
Completion of daily KPI tracking spreadsheet for group companies
General administrative tasks such as repricing, product audits
Weekly Tasks
Completion of weekly financial statements including profit and loss and cashflow
Reconcile company bank accounts and credit cards
Produce weekly inventory audit
Prepare sales forecast and produce supplier purchase orders based on this information
Monthly Tasks
Preparation of VAT returns for each locality
Preparation of Monthly financial statements. Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
