Senior Architect / Designer; Junior Architect/ Designer

AA+E Architects, the new Philippine Based Company of Espirit Building and Engineering Pte Ltd is putting up a team of talented and skilled professionals to head the Architectural and Interior Design works of both the company’s local projects as well as the support to the Singapore Company.

We are looking for a full time Senior Architect / Designer; Junior Architect/ Designer to work with us in our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City with the following requirements listed below.

Ideal Qualifications:
• Positive, committed, driven, with the leadership qualities, demonstrating motivation for learning and continuous advancement.
• Highly creative and analytical in spatial and aesthetic design with the awareness and adaptation of the emerging changes in technology and materials.
• Competent in Architectural and Graphic/Image Editing Software such as Autocad, 3Ds Max, Revit Architecture, Sketch Up and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledgeable in Architectural / Contract Documentations, Construction Estimates and Specification Writing.
• Experienced in Architectural and Construction Coordination.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

Planning and Design
• Providing Conceptual Designs through Sketches, Basic 3D Drawings, 3D Visualization and/or scaled models.
• Preparation of Contract Documents and Drawings
• Project Coordination - To attend meetings, site inspections and other related works.

Support Team to Singapore Company
• Project Coordination - To liaise closely with the Singapore Project-In-Charge
• Development and Submission of Proposals and Drawings - 2D Drawings, 3D Drawings, 3D Visualization
• Preparation of Contract Documents and Drawings
