We are a Performance Based CPA Affiliate Network based in the USA that operates in global markets in the Performance Marketing industry. We are growing and looking for individuals to join our team on a FULL TIME basis. We have our own Proprietary Tracking Platform that is used to track Affiliate Leads and we are looking for individuals who are go getters, the rockstars, the ones who love sales, love making big commissions.

The Account Manager works with Publishers and Advertisers on the supply and demand of traffic to the network and is the sole liaison between the affiliate network and online Publishers and Advertisers. The Account Manager is responsible for seeking out new Publishers and Advertisers on a continual basis and cultivating these relationships while managing existing accounts. This individual will understand the nature of the business, how to increase sales, and how to grow the business. The Affiliate Manager will have overall marketing and budgetary responsibility for new customer acquisition, through search, affiliate, data feeds and email, and development of new features and functionalities that will attract new customers.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage current Advertiser and Affiliate accounts, while sourcing new accounts.
Identify key affiliate partners and media channels.
Expand relationships by reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities for partners to improve economics and value of the relationship.
Work directly with publishers, advertisers, agencies and internal teams.
Deal with the day-to-day operations.
Respond to emails, and manage customer support issues for several Accounts.
Scale Publisher Accounts on a monthly basis.



Required Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing or Business Development experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Media/Advertising/Technology/Online industry experience
Knowledgeable about the internet, the offline and online advertising market, online products, customers and market dynamics
Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, customer service, and analytical skills
Experience with dynamic environments and new interactive trends
Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to quickly recognize and focus on the most potentially profitable affiliates
Strong Project Management skills
Prior Sales related experience
Self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team environment
Experience using Microsoft Office products


MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
NO FREELANCE - THIS IS A FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT POSITION WITH OUR COMPANY.
You are required to work Monday - Friday.
Commission is also provided along with Salary. NO EARNING CAP.
