Structural Engineer to design modular homes

We are looking for a structural engineer that can help us build 14 x 28 foot pods used to build modular homes. We have several ideas in mind of products and materials to use bit are open to suggestions. One of our ideas is to use eps foam with a layer of gfrc coated over entire inside and outside of the structure.
