Our growth has been so rapid that our current virtual team is now struggling with systems, project management and general operations. We've reached the limits of our current capacity and our team now thirsts for someone who can handle a group of talented, passionate individuals - and get the best from them, so we can continue to work in synergy and take things to the next level!

In this position, there are a number of roles that you might be assigned to, depending on your exact skill sets such as:
Creating and setting up Facebook ads
Collecting and reporting KPIs
Assisting in the setup of marketing campaigns
Maintaining social media profiles
Assisting in reporting of financial data
Helping improve processes and problem solving
Coordinate short term projects with multiple people involved using own initiative to reach goals

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
Ideally, we're looking for someone who has an MBA, has worked as a teacher, or who has experience running their own company along with managing staff.
Exceptional English Skills - both written and oral
Has experience setting up and managing FB ads
Has Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse, model & interpret data
Strong Collaboration and Reporting skills
Social Media and online marketing experience
Creative thinking and initiative to come up with ideas to improve results
A technical mind that is good at solving problems
Attention to detail is critically important in this role
Project management experience with the ability to plan work and meet deadlines
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar support applications
A good telephone voice for speaking with international clients is preferred
