FULL-TIME REAL ESTATE AND MORTGAGE BROKING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are real estate property buyer's agents and mortgage finance brokers, based in Perth, Australia. We have been operating for 15 years.

We are looking for a full-time top REAL ESTATE VA with experience in real estate or mortgage broking. This is a permanent position and we would like somebody who wants a long-term role.

These are some of the tasks you will tackle:
• Search for and research properties (we will train you)
• Prepare and follow-up loan applications
• Liaise with real estate agents, clients, banks and inspectors
• Administration of property purchases
• Draft correspondence and proposals.

You need the following:
• 100% correct English grammar and spelling
• Your own computer with fast Internet speed
• No distractions during business hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
• You must be willing to work after hours whenever needed
