Bitaccess is a venture backed (Y Combinator, California) software company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

We currently have several remote engineers and operations staff working in Cebu City, PH. They have been with us for over three years and are well integrated into the team. We are looking for a candidate located closeby to continue to increase our PH footprint.

Job Description

Bitaccess’s financial services software is best in class, and is updated constantly. We ship code weekly, daily, and sometimes hourly depending on the schedule. We require an engineer to work with product teams to ensure that tests are completed, and no regressions occur in production. Given that this is a financial services product, there can be no errors.

The engineer will be in charge of managing our continuous integration tooling, as well as backend applications.

Qualifications
2+ Years software development experience
Experience with continuous integration
Excellent knowledge of GIT
Understanding of Bash files and scripting
Experience with Node.js test frameworks
Experience with Browser test frameworks (Upgrade to see actual infolenium)
Experience working with remote teams a plus

Desired hours are: 1PM - 9PM PH Local time
