Please ensure you have a RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION.

We will be completing one Responsive Wordpress website per week and we will have ongoing maintenance of several other websites. Starting pay is 140 PHP / Hour and can go up if you do well. I will start you PART TIME paying you HOURLY and if you do well I will hire you FULL TIME. We will begin with one or two projects to see how you do and then after those projects I will decide if I will hire you full time. Please note I already employee an overseas worker and you will be my second worker.

Here is how we will work together -
1. I will post tasks for you on a Google Doc
2. We meet once each day for 30-60 mins on Skype Instant Message to chat about tasks.
3. Compete the tasks and log how long each task takes you so I can bill our clients fairly.
4. Once you finish the task you highlight it orange in Google Docs.
5. Send me a daily report with your progress and any questions you have for me.
6. Update your Google Doc timesheet at the end of each day with a short description of what you did
7. Send me an invoice weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and I will pay you using PayPal
