Marketing Funnels Project Manager Superstar

Looking for an online project manager with familiarity with digital marketing systems. Absolute attention to detail. Good communication skills and fast learner. Ideally very experienced with the Asana (paid and premium) project management system and Google docs.

Full time for the right person within a few months. Must be able to be online from 10am AEDT.

The areas I am interested in hiring someone to help me with is the following.
Asana creating template tasks and projects to be deployed on new client projects
Time lining out big projects
Tasking out big projects into the little little tasks
Outreach to clients about missing pieces - usually through Asana comments and sometimes emails
Following up with my team members on tasks not completed or redated ect
Finding out what is needed to move a project forward
Being in com with team members about hrs worked and getting weekly invoices in from them
Being in com with team members about holidays or if they are unwell ect
Helping record and archive systems I create - ie a video combined with online assets that can be re-used for other clients
Task out and make sure they are completed in a timely manner - recurring tasks
Create tasks and task out to relevent team members one off tasks based on me tagging you somewhere (maybe through an audio recording or a asana tag or forwarding you an email ect)

Creating and teaching team members to use organisation structures ie these include
Asana task communication
Google docs organisation
Gmail inbox organisation
Dropbox organisation
Loom video organisation
Cleaning up unused online collaterol (old wp pages, emails (ontraport)
