The product
We have designed the perfect mattress, a mattress that is compressed, rolled and shipped via courier, across Canada and the United States, direct to the costumer. The mattress is sold strictly online on our website.
Job requirements
We are looking for an assistant to take over almost all of my daily tasks which include the following:
Product/industry knowledge – You will need to learn and know our product/business like the back of your hand.
Customer service – Phone,
Order management – Submitting daily orders to our 3rd party shipper every morning, dealing with
Research projects – Small research projects in between customer service.
Miscellaneous tasks – We will supply any random task that we may need taken care of.
Important requirements
-Must be well spoken in English on the phone as well as writing in English
-Must be able to score a C2 rating on the Grammar and vocabulary test
-Must have an iPhone/Android phone for taking calls on Line2app and chatting on the LiveChat app
-Must have fast reliable internet service for customer service calls/chats
-Must be able to dedicate 40 hours/week from 9am-5pm EST in Canada
-Must be able to learn North American culture.
-Must be hardworking, motivated, reliable, trustworthy, efficient, friendly,
-Must be able to work with a timetracker
-Must be located in Cebu
-Must provide at least 2 references
Salary
Starting at $3 USD/hour with lots of room to grow on that after experience within the company.
I will be working with you closely for the first few weeks for training and helping you get settled into your new job.
