JOB OVERVIEW

We need an individual to wear multiple hats that can cover many tasks including, but not limited to, handling inbound after-hours customer support calls, while also being productive in creating advertising content, blog content, email marketing promotions and managing social media. The proper candidate should be creative, have lots of ideas and be self-motivated. Since much of the time will be outside normal-business hours, we would expect lots of productive research on industry topics, breaking news and viral subjects. The ideal candidate would be expected to create new content without plagiarizing to ensure daily posts to our social media and blog pages. Additionally, we would need the proper candidate to be experienced in graphics and photo editing so that proper graphics can be included. Experience in troubleshooting PC hardware and software as well as basic networking experience would be very valued.
