Are you a PHP / Wordpress Plugin Wizard? - Experienced PHP Wordpress Plugin Developer

I am creating a website with wordpress / woocommerce. It will be have many products and I need them all to be updated daily (or when I choose) by two of my distributor's Inventory APIs. I need a PHP developer who can create a plugin or code that will run through the entire inventory of woocommerce and according to the SKU, query the appropriate XML API, then update the product with a new quantity and price, according to the API response.
There are two vendors this will be working with. Here is an example of SKUs:
ING-QP1234
BLU-T-S460-HSB-R
The first 3 letters signify the vendor. ING is one vendor, BLU is another vendor. So, each vendor has a different XML API, but each API is not very difficult. Credentials for each API are easily passed in the XML.

Here is a simple diagram of how it should work, but I am open to suggestions.

I will expect you to work dependably. We may work this on an hourly basis, or perhaps a project fee basis.
If all goes well, there will probably be more work in the future, as I have further programming needs like this.
