JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We are a Brooklyn based software company that helps restaurants by providing websites, mobile apps, online ordering & their digital marketing efforts.

We are looking for an individual that is organized, works efficiently, has no problem multi-tasking & is looking to grow with us.

We are looking for another talented person to join our team - someone who can help us with:
-Customer Support (answering incoming calls or emails & creating tickets)
- Updating Menus (data entry)
- Managing our social media accounts (if you have some experience with this or designing graphics thats a big plus+)
- Writing copy / content for our clients websites
- Working with customers to get them live on our platform (onboarding / project management)
- Creating Social media posts / updates
- Creating & sending out email blasts on Mailchimp

I know there is a lot here. But we are willing train the right candidate, so as long as you are organized and good with computers/web apps - this can work.
