FULL TIME - WORDPRESS/HTML ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SUPPORT

American YouTuber Needs Full-Time Wordpress/HTML Customer Support Assistant.
Must commit to 40 hours a week. --Your hours aren't timed with software.

You'll be the customer support in our Facebook group for our website building online course here:

You'll simply be answering support tickets in the Facebook group when they run into a problem in the training.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have great English skillz.
- Must be able to follow tech training videos
- Must be available from 12 pm to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday.
- Must have knowledge of html,javascript, php, cpanel, wordpress, plugins, chmods.
- Must have knowledge in troubleshooting and fixing website problem.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Starting pay 40,000/month salary
- Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
- 8,750 bonus pay upon hiring
- Two weeks paid vacation each year
- National holidays off, paid
- 13th month bonus (starting in December 2018)
- 10% raise each year (starting January 2019)

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- Must have your own working computer
- Must have high speed internet
- 40 hours of work each week
- 12 pm to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday
- Must be willing to learn and take assignments
- Must perform some virtual assistant duties
- Must speak English fluently
- Must communicate through Slack and Asana apps
- Must perform some personal assistant tasks as well
