Operation Staff at Start-Up Company in Metro Manila
We are a start-up company in Metro Manila established since 2017. We operate in small and informal teams. We offer good remuneration and flexible working location.
We are looking for great candidate who can come to Metro Manila few times a week for coordination.
Responsibility:
Handle back office operations in terms of:
- Managing financial accounts
- Coordinate with our partners financial institution in opening account, withdrawal, etc
- Create monthly reports
- Ensuring the company's operations run smoothly
- Handle Customer Service input from our users
- Assist in other administrative matters
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in management / accounting / finance
· Perfect writing and speaking English
· Detail oriented
· Interested to handle the operations of financial companies
· Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years of experience in the back office in banks, insurance companies, or other financial companies
· Able to work alone without much supervision
· Not afraid to express an opinion
· Eager and quick learning
· Able to operate MS words, MS Excel
· Responsible and take ownership of the work
· Able to work in team
· Live in Manila or nearby area
