Need Amazon store manager to handle daily tasks and maintain account. (US and international)

Growing company is in need of an operations manager to handle all operations of a million dollar Amazon store including:
Overseeing, finding and training customer service team.

Managing Product Listing and Promotion through Amazon System Listing Management and Monitoring.

Creating and managing all Amazon FBA Shipping Upgrade to see actual infomunication with Suppliers to place product orders.

Managing Shipping of products to Amazon Fulfillment Centers Marketing Team management.

Creating documented Business Systems and Processes

Quality Management for continual improvement of organization.

Reducing waste of time, effort, resources and money.

Help facilitate effective communications between different departments of the organization.

All daily administrative tasks needed. We are looking for someone that can help the organization be an efficient, effectively improving business that can acquire substantial market share in our industry.

We will be adding additional products within the next two years so the person will need to help not only help the organization get to this magnitude, but be able to handle the operations at this magnitude.
